Where the sea meets a new way of living
A'Marea is a play on words inspired by mare — sea — and marea — the tide.
It's a name that reflects what we believe in: movement, natural rhythms and the freedom to flow with life rather than against it. A'Marea is a Mediterranean co-living home created for remote workers, travelers and creatives — a place to live, work, rest, create and connect. A place where you can feel at home, even when you're far from home.
The Symbol
Our logo is made of two connected water spirals, coming together to form an infinite shape.
Like drops of water creating ripples, the two spirals represent movement, connection and shared energy. Together, they reflect a community that keeps growing, evolving and renewing itself through balance, empathy and shared experiences.

Nicholas
Co-Founder & Chief Sicilian Dreamer
Milan-born, Sicily-chosen. Nicholas left the fast pace of city life behind for sunshine, sea and a slower way of living. He's a serious food lover, a curious explorer and happiest when there's something good cooking, a cold beer in hand and the beach nearby. At A'Marea, he brings his passion for hospitality and his belief that the best experiences are often the simplest ones — great food, good people and a place that feels like home.
Diane
Co-Founder & Ocean Lover
Born in Morocco, raised in France, and now happily rooted by the sea in Sicily. Diane has always felt most at home near the ocean. When she's not building A'Marea, you'll probably find her diving, exploring marine life or looking for the next excuse to get in the water. She dreamed of creating a place where people could step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience the magic of island life at their own pace.
Mara
Community Manager & Sunshine Generator
Naples-born, sunshine-powered. Mara brings the warmth, energy and effortless hospitality of southern Italy to everything she does. She's the person who remembers your name, gets everyone around the same table and somehow turns a group of strangers into a community. At A'Marea, she's all about creating those little moments that make a place feel special — shared meals, spontaneous plans, new friendships and feeling at home from the very first day.
