When will A'Marea open, and when can I book? +
A'Marea will open in Fontane Bianche, Syracuse, in 2027. Join our waitlist to be among the first to hear about the opening date, available rooms and early access to bookings.
What is the minimum length of stay? +

What is included in the price? +
Your stay at A'Marea includes: your own private ensuite bedroom, all utilities plus 1 Gbps high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped shared kitchen, pasta and fresh local fruit & vegetables, your own comfortable workstation, weekly cleaning service, stand-up paddle boards and snorkeling gear, an outdoor gym surrounded by our garden, coworking spaces throughout the house, access to laundry, and plenty of space to work, relax and slow down.
How do I get to Fontane Bianche from the airport? +
A'Marea is located in Fontane Bianche, just outside Syracuse, around 70 km from Catania Fontanarossa Airport. Address: Via Bordighera, 4 — Fontane Bianche, Syracuse. By car it's approximately 50 minutes from Catania Airport, 15 minutes from Syracuse, and 20 minutes from Noto. The Fontane Bianche railway station is a 10-minute walk away, one stop from Syracuse and two stops from Noto. Local bus lines 21 and 22 connect Fontane Bianche to Syracuse, and Interbus connects Catania to Syracuse. Free street parking is available directly in front of A'Marea.
Can I work remotely with a reliable internet connection? +
Absolutely! A'Marea is designed for remote workers, with 1 Gbps high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, comfortable workstations and coworking spaces. There are also quiet corners around the house for when you need to focus, as well as plenty of outdoor spaces for a change of scenery.
Are pets allowed? +
We're happy to welcome pets whenever possible. If you're travelling with an animal, please get in touch with us in advance and we'll evaluate your request together based on the pet and the type of accommodation. We want both our guests and their four-legged companions to feel comfortable at A'Marea. 🐾
Can I rent the entire property for a private event? +
Yes. A'Marea Beach House can be booked exclusively for retreats, team offsites, creative gatherings and private events. Exclusive bookings include all 8 bedrooms, accommodating up to 18 people, as well as full access to the living room, kitchen, dining spaces, terrace, Mediterranean garden, coworking areas and outdoor spaces. Optional services and experiences can also be arranged, including breakfast, wellness sessions, activities and local experiences. Our event manager and co-founder, Diane, can help you organise everything for your stay.
